These Terms & Conditions explain how our services work and what you can expect from Ezgather. Using our services means you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Introduction
Welcome to Ezgather. By accessing our website or booking our event management services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of Ezgather’s services.
2. Booking & Service Confirmation
All event bookings with Ezgather are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received. Event details, requirements, and timelines must be shared accurately at the time of confirmation. Any changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges and adjustments to the delivery schedule.
3. Payment Terms
Payments must be made according to the agreed payment terms. An advance payment is required to secure the booking, and the remaining balance must be settled before or on the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments once made are non-refundable, except in cases where a refund is approved by Ezgather under specific circumstances.
4. Cancellation & Changes
In the event of cancellation, the client must notify Ezgather in writing. Refunds, if any, will depend on the notice period provided and the extent of work already completed. Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. Any changes to the event date,time, venue, or scope of work must be communicated in advance and may incur additional costs.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing timely approvals, necessary permissions, and access to the event venue. Ezgather will not be responsible for delays or issues arising due to incomplete information, lack of coordination, or restricted access.
6. Liability & Force Majeure
Ezgather shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or unforeseen emergencies. Ezgather is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses related to the event.
7. Intellectual Property & Media Usage
All creative concepts, designs, images, and materials developed for the event remain the intellectual property of Ezgather unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ezgather reserves the right to use photographs or videos from events for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise prior to the event.
8. Termination & Legal Jurisdiction
Ezgather reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to comply with these terms, engages in unlawful activities, or does not fulfill payment obligations. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
